Terms of service.

01. What you are buying
You are buying custom-made digital assets for use in FiveM. Every order is made to order. Nothing physical ships, and no Rockstar Games or Cfx.re asset is resold to you.
02. Ordering
- Orders start with a ticket in our Discord. We confirm scope, price and an ETA there before any money changes hands.
- Order slots can be paid for on the site once the brief is agreed.
- You must give us clean references. If your refs change after work has started, that is a new quote.
- We will not build anything that copies a real brand's protected artwork, another creator's paid asset, or anything illegal.
03. Payment
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Prices are in USD and are for the piece described in the ticket or product card, nothing else.
- Work starts once payment clears.
04. Revisions
One free revision is included with every order — a colour change, a text change, or a small shape tweak. Further revisions, or a change of concept after approval, are quoted separately.
05. Refunds
- Because every piece is made to order, payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- If we cannot deliver what was agreed, you get a full refund.
- "I changed my mind", "my server closed" and "someone else made me one" are not refund reasons.
- Chargebacks without talking to us first are treated as theft: the licence is revoked and you are blocked from future orders.
06. Licence and ownership
- You get a non-exclusive licence to use the files on servers you own or operate.
- You may not resell, redistribute, leak, share or publish the source files, in whole or in part.
- You may not claim you made them, and you may not pass them to another developer to reuse on other projects.
- We keep the copyright to the models and textures we create, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in your ticket.
- Breaking this section ends your licence immediately, with no refund.
07. Delivery and support
Files are delivered in your Discord ticket. ETAs are honest estimates, not guarantees — a queue can slip. We will tell you if it does. Install help is free for the first 14 days after delivery.
08. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own server, its framework, and whether these assets suit it.
- We do not guarantee compatibility with every custom framework, streaming setup or third-party clothing menu.
- Game updates can break assets. Fixes after the 14-day window may be chargeable.
09. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page on the day you paid.
